He was born in Pueyo de Jaca, Huesca on June 10, 1949.

He obtained the title of Telecommunications Engineer in 1974 and the title of Doctor of Telecommunications Engineering in 1979 (`` Cum laude ''), both by the E.T.S. Telecommunications Engineers of the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

Since 1975 he has been active in the E.T.S. Telecommunications Engineers of the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He was Acting Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Electromagnetic Fields. He is Professor of the Area of Signal Theory and Communications, being a University Professor since 1986.

He made a stay as a Research Visitor at the Queen Mary College (London University) in 1983 and as a Technical Visitor at the Nichols Center (Kansas University in Lawrence) in 1993. He has co-authored numerous articles in journals and papers at national and international conferences. international He has written a chapter in the book "Reflector and Lens Antennas, Analysis and Design using Personal Computers", C.J. He has worked part-time as Technical Director of the Space Division of RYMSA from 1989 to 1990.
